Positions within Commercial & Retail Banking
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
This position was earlier titled as ‘Branch Manager’, responsible to manage sales workforce and to achieve business growth targets of deposits, bancassurance and mutual fund products with special emphasis on CASA deposits.
Team Leaders – Assets (TLAs)
Responsible to evaluate and to review credit proposals (commercial, SME and agriculture); in coordination with branches and CAD, by adhering to all statutory as well as, policies and procedures of the Bank.
Credit Appraisal Reviewers– CARs (Commercial, SME & Agriculture)
Responsible to evaluate, review and to process the credit proposals (commercial, SME & agriculture) in coordination with relevant departments for efficient processing of credit approvals.
Relationship Managers (RMs)
Responsible to enhance the existing assets (commercial/SME) portfolio, to achieve business targets, to add new relationships and to manage the current business relationships, in order to meet the defined business targets.
Agriculture Credit Officers (ACOs)
Responsible to enhance the existing as well as enhance new agriculture credit relationships by developing contacts with progressive and potential farmers, as well as, agriculturists.
Customer Support Officers (CSOs)
Responsible to maintain high standards of customer services at branches by handling customer requests, inquiries, assisting in account opening process, etc., in order to retain existing as well as to facilitate new customers.
Business Development Officers (BDOs)
Responsible to promote the Bank’s financial products, deposit mobilization, bancassurance and/or mutual funds products with special emphasis on CASA deposits in order to meet defined business targets.
Divisional Head – Engineering(based at Lahore)
A senior position, responsible for managing all the construction, renovation, repair &maintenance, signage &branding, building management &housekeeping functions for all the branches and controlling offices, across the country.
Unit Head- Project Planning and Costing (based at Lahore)
A middle management position, responsible for carrying out an effective cost-benefit analysis and then successful management of engineering projects through preparing and scheduling of project plans, activity based bench marks and management of project progress-payment relationship.
A middle management position, responsible to lead the engineering teams for efficient adherence of specified policies, procedures, instructions, and to ensure that the on-going engineering projects are aligned with the standard specifications and are progressing as per the given timelines.
