Almond Chutney Recipe – Badam Ki Chutney Recipe
- 25 grams almonds (blanched)
- 3 red chillies (roasted)
- 25 grams peanuts (roasted)
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (roasted)
- a few drops saffron essence
- salt and chilli powder to taste
Grind all the above ingredients to a paste.
This chutney can be eaten immediately.
