Ap is sharbat ko sehri kay waqt aur iftari kay waqt bhi istamal karain. Aap sara din garmi dhoop main jis marzi shiddat say kam karain apko is ka koi ihsas nahi ho ga In Shaa Allah.

Nuskha Howash-shafi :

  • Gul e Nilofar   – 50 gram
  • Gulab Kay Phol   – 50 gram
  • Aamla   – 50 gram
  • Bahira   – 50 gram
  • Hareer   – 50 gram
  • Gao Zaban   – 50 gram
  • Imli   – 250 gram
  • Alo Bukhara   – 250 gram
  • Cheeni   – 5 kg
  • water – 8 kg

Tarkeeb /Method :

  1. imli aur Alo Bukhara kay ilawa baqi tamam 50-50 gram aur imli alo bukhara 1-1 pao.
  2. In sub ko taqreeban 8 kg pani main halka kot kar rat ko neem-garam pani main bhigo dain.
  3. Subah oth kar halki aanch per obaal lain (boil kar lain). jab 3 kg pani jal jaye to otaar kar rakhain aur thanda honay per nathar lain.
  4. is main 5kg cheeni mila kar halki anch per pakatay rahain.
  5. achi tarah garha paka kar khushk botalon/bottles main mehfoz kar lain.
  6. bus sharbat tayar hay.
  7. bus is ki rangat ko na dekhiaye ga, aur zahiri zaiqa na dekhiaye ga, balkeh is kay androni kamal, sehat aur tandrosti ko dekhiaye ga.

This Ramadan the mango season has provided us with many different yummy dishes and drinks. The mouthwatering taste of Mangoes and lip smacking lassi combined together provide us with the delicious mango lassi. This refreshing drink will revitalize your taste buds and provide you with the energy required at the time if Iftar. For Mango Lassi serving 3 people, you will need:

Ingredients :

  • Milk 1 Liter
  • 1.5 cup mango chunks
  • Vanilla or mango flavored Ice cream 2 scoops
  • Yogurt 1/2 Cup
  • Boiled water 1/2 liter
  • Crushed Ice 1 cup
  • Sugar 3 Tbsp. (Add more according to taste)

Method:

Blend all ingredients together and mix well till the mango chunks are unified. Now add crushed ice and serve chill. You can add more water if you want to keep it light.

Lemon Ka Sharbat recipe by Zubaida Tariq. This delightful Beverages recipe of Lemon Ka Sharbat can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-3 People.

Ingredients :

  • 4 Lemon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • a pinch Black salt
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 bunch Mint leaves chopped
  • as required Ice

Method :

Put together in a blender 4 glasses of water and juice of 2 lemons.

Now remove seeds of the remaining 2 lemons, cut into small pieces with skin and add to the blender.

Also add in 1 cup sugar and blend well.

Put crushed ice in serving glasses, pour Sharbat, garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with a pinch of black salt.

Serve chilled.

Ingredients :

Plum Extract 

  • Aloo Bukhara (Pulm): 4 Cups
  • Water: 1.5 Cup
  • Fresh lime juice: 2 Tablespoon

Plum Syrup 

  • Water: 3 Cups
  • Sugar: 4 Cups

Method :

1. Wash and put plums in a large pot. Add water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minute. Smash with pestle to open the skins.

2. Add lime juice.

3. Let it simmer for ten minutes.

4. Turn off heat. Strain through muslin cloth. Discard solids.

Aloo Bukhara Sharbat

1. Add water, and sugar in a heavy bottom pan. Heat till all the sugar is dissolved. Let it come to a boil. Ideally, we like to reach 220 ºF.

2. Mix tamarind extract. Cook about 5 minutes.

Turn off heat and let it rest.

You may bottle it now.

Serving: Mix one part syrup to 3 parts of water. Serve on Ice. Serve with fresh julienne ginger, and fresh peppermint leafs.
