Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 2 tsp Crushed green cardamoms (chhoti ilaichi)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 big cups Water

Method :

  • Soak the almonds in good amount of water for overnight.
  • Peel the outer covering.
  • Combine the sugar, water and crushed green cardamoms in a big pan.
  • Boil the mixture until it stands to one sugar syrup strand.
  • Let it cool aside.
  • Now add some syrup to almonds and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Fill the sharbat in an air tight bottle.
  • While serving add some ice-cubes and chilled water.

Ingredients :

  • Kachi kerry five
  • Suger two cups
  • Water five cups
  • Yellow colour two drops

Method :

First wash kachi kerry and then boil in five cups of water and when kerry goes soft after a half an hour boiling just take away from flame and let them cool.

After when you feels it is cold then in malmal cloth let it chan len or the water you will get from karry mix it in suger and make it six glasses of cold sherbet put ice cubes and mix the yellow colour also.

It is the best sherbat in the summer time and good source of vitamin C you will never feels thirsty if you drink this in summer time.
