Garmi Ki Shiddat Aur Anokha Mashrob

Ap is sharbat ko sehri kay waqt aur iftari kay waqt bhi istamal karain. Aap sara din garmi dhoop main jis marzi shiddat say kam karain apko is ka koi ihsas nahi ho ga In Shaa Allah.

Nuskha Howash-shafi :

  • Gul e Nilofar   – 50 gram
  • Gulab Kay Phol   – 50 gram
  • Aamla   – 50 gram
  • Bahira   – 50 gram
  • Hareer   – 50 gram
  • Gao Zaban   – 50 gram
  • Imli   – 250 gram
  • Alo Bukhara   – 250 gram
  • Cheeni   – 5 kg
  • water – 8 kg

Tarkeeb /Method :

  1. imli aur Alo Bukhara kay ilawa baqi tamam 50-50 gram aur imli alo bukhara 1-1 pao.
  2. In sub ko taqreeban 8 kg pani main halka kot kar rat ko neem-garam pani main bhigo dain.
  3. Subah oth kar halki aanch per obaal lain (boil kar lain). jab 3 kg pani jal jaye to otaar kar rakhain aur thanda honay per nathar lain.
  4. is main 5kg cheeni mila kar halki anch per pakatay rahain.
  5. achi tarah garha paka kar khushk botalon/bottles main mehfoz kar lain.
  6. bus sharbat tayar hay.
  7. bus is ki rangat ko na dekhiaye ga, aur zahiri zaiqa na dekhiaye ga, balkeh is kay androni kamal, sehat aur tandrosti ko dekhiaye ga.
