Lemon Ka Sharbat Recipe by Zubaida Tariq – Shikanjbeen Sharbat – Lemon Juice

Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
- 4 Lemon
- 1 cup Sugar
- a pinch Black salt
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 bunch Mint leaves chopped
- as required Ice
Put together in a blender 4 glasses of water and juice of 2 lemons.
Now remove seeds of the remaining 2 lemons, cut into small pieces with skin and add to the blender.
Also add in 1 cup sugar and blend well.
Put crushed ice in serving glasses, pour Sharbat, garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with a pinch of black salt.
