Plum Chutney Recipe in Urdu & English
- 100 grams dry plums
- 75 grams raisins
- 1 thIsp cumin seeds (powdered)
- 1 tblsp chilli powder
- ice of 1 large lime (strain¬ed) 107
- a few drops saffron essence
- a few slicedouts (of your
- silver or gold foil
Soak the plums in water for 15 minutes, and the raisins in a separate bowl of water for about 10 minutes.
Drain the water from both, mix, and grind to a paste along with the cumin and chilli powder.
Now mix in the lime-juice, food colouring and essence.
Decorate with nuts and cover with it foil.
