Plum Chutney Recipe in Urdu & English

Ingredients :

  • 100 grams dry plums
  • 75 grams raisins
  • 1 thIsp cumin seeds (powdered)
  • 1 tblsp chilli powder
  • ice of 1 large lime (strain¬ed) 107
  • a few drops saffron essence
  • a few slicedouts (of your
  • silver or gold foil

Method :

Soak the plums in water for 15 minutes, and the raisins in a separate bowl of water for about 10 minutes.

Drain the water from both, mix, and grind to a paste along with the cumin and chilli powder.

Now mix in the lime-juice, food colouring and essence.

Decorate with nuts and cover with it foil.
